Things to remember when using S.P.O.T.

You must use a touch-tone telephone
You will need your account number. It is located in the top right hand corner of your SharePlus statement
You will be prompted to enter the type of account you are trying to access (e.g., regular savings, checking, etc.)
Your PIN is defaulted to the last four digits of your social security number. You must change the pin by following the prompts.
Always follow each entry with a # symbol. You must enter dollars and cents (e.g., S.P.O.T. reads 5000# as $50.00). A decimal point is automatically placed in front of the last two digits entered
Listen to the system instructions to correct any input errors or return to the prior menu.
