Call 1-800-362-6299 immediately to report a lost or stolen SharePlus credit card. Please also contact the Customer Service Center at 1-800-352-8257 to alert the bank.

Protect yourself with Verified by Visa

SharePlus Federal Bank has teamed with Visa to offer a free program designed to help eliminate unauthorized usage of bank and credit cards that have the Visa logo. The program, called Verified by Visa, lets you use a personal password to protect your card from fraudulent use while shopping online at participating stores.

How does it work?

First, Click here to enroll in the free Verified by VISA program.

Once your Visa card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever you make a purchase at participating online stores. You'll enter your password in the Verified by Visa window, your identity will be verified, and the transaction will be completed. In stores that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your Visa card will continue to work as usual. A list of participating merchants and additional information is available at the website.

We encourage you to enroll in the free Verified by Visa program today. This one extra step will add an extra level of security that will protect your card from unauthorized use.
