When you enroll with Free Online Banking Services as a SharePlus Federal Bank customer, you can perform tasks such as transferring funds between accounts, paying your bills, or making a loan payment quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home or wherever you might happen to be. With Free Online Bill Pay, you can schedule payments to merchants, review and change scheduled payments, and review payment history.

Enhanced Online Security
SharePlus is committed to safeguarding your personal information online to keep it secure and confidential. All online forms that require personal information (such as an account number, PIN number or Social Security number) are protected with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and thus are completely secure. In addition, SharePlus requires a two step identification process every time you log in to ensure no one else can access your account information.
After you enroll and log in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter additional security information. This information includes your email address, a security image (picked randomly which you can change after it is set up), a security pass phrase of your choosing, and three questions and answers which only you know the answer to. This information will be used if you are not on your home computer to verify your identity when logging into your account. The security image that you pick will also help you verify that you are logging into the correct website, and not a website designed to steal your information. If you don’t see the correct image when you are logging in, stop and call our service center immediately at (800) 352-8257 for assistance. Enrolling with Online Banking
To enroll in the Free Online Banking at SharePlus, click on the enrollment link Below. You will be prompted to accept the Online banking disclosure which has the terms and conditions of the service. From there, simply complete the information on the First Time Login screen and click on the Submit Button. You can choose a custom Access ID and password; however the password you select must be 8-16 characters with at least 2 numbers and 2 letters. Protect this code just as you do for your ATM PIN number and change it often. If you forget your login information, contact SharePlus at 1-800-35BUCKS (1-800-352-8257) and Customer Service will reset your online access after confirming your identity.

Online BillPay
When you enroll to use our Free Online Bill Pay, you can schedule payments to merchants, review and change scheduled payments, and review payment history. Online Bill Pay offers an alternative to the traditional method of paying bills. Instead of writing a check and mailing the payment to the merchant, you can handle all payments through Online Bill pay. You can schedule payments to be made on certain dates. Online Bill Pay provides a confirmation number for every payment and keeps track of your payment history. These features make Online BillPay an excellent record keeper. Online eStatements
Enroll now to securely access your statements online the first business day of the month rather than with a traditional printed and mailed statement. eStatements are safe, free, look similar to your printed statements, and contain all the information you previously received by mail.

eStatements protect the environment. Once you sign up for eStatements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail. By signing up for eStatements and our Free Online Bill Pay, you could save several pounds of paper per year!!

eStatements reduce the risk of mail fraud and identity theft that comes with paper delivery. And, eStatements are protected by multiple levels of online security.
How Do eStatements Work?
Your account(s) information is completely secure and easy to access on the web.
At the end of each statement period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) you will receive an e-mail to notify you that your SharePlus eStatement is ready to view.
The notification e-mail will contain a link that will send you to your online banking login where you can access the eStatement. You can access any previous SharePlus eStatements, which are automatically saved for viewing in online banking for up to a year.
If you do not have online banking, the statement will be attached to the email in a password protected PDF format that you can open, view, and save.
If you close your account, the eStatement service is discontinued and you will not have access to past statements. The Customer Service Center at 800-352-8257 can provide copies for a fee.
